Do you work with exclusively pumping moms?

Yes! Pumping can be challenging too. Whether you have questions about supply, technique, or just need support, reach out!

How do I know if my baby is getting enough breast milk?

Worried about your baby’s intake is incredibly common—you’re not alone. Look for signs like regular wet diapers (6+ per day), steady weight gain, and a satisfied baby after feeds. If you’re unsure or just want reassurance, a lactation consultation can provide peace of mind and personalized guidance.

Why is breastfeeding
painful, and is it supposed to hurt this much?

Breastfeeding may feel uncomfortable at first, but persistent pain is not normal. It could be caused by issues like an improper latch, engorgement, or a lip/tongue tie. Don’t suffer through it—support is available, and with the right help, breastfeeding can become more comfortable and successful.

My baby won’t latch—what should I do?

A baby struggling to latch can be stressful, but it’s a common and fixable issue. Try skin-to-skin contact, different nursing positions, and staying calm and patient. Sometimes, a lip or tongue tie may be the cause. A lactation consultant can assess the latch and offer hands-on help to get things back on track.
